I’ve been involved in leadership in some pretty diverse settings: college fraternity, non-commissioned officer in the USAF, started two successful businesses of my own and led two business units for others, planted and pastored a brand new church during its first six years, and directed a non-profit organization for the past 15 years.

But, none of that is the reason for starting LeadersHeart. My wide range of experience and education simply means there's no smoke screen you can lay that keeps me from homing in on YOUR life purpose. The rest of my life is dedicated to helping you live out your dream. God's purpose for you has been downloaded into your heart. If you're not walking it out, you're not having much fun -- you may be going nuts!
